When Dr. Phan Hoang Hai applies the transformation of traditional dental practice to a digital workflow, it brings the following advantages:  

• Digital dentistry provides us with incredible tools for same-day treatment for patients in need instantly and to control every aspect of a case whether it is a single crown or smile makeup.

• Digital workflow is not only more effective than conventional treatments for aesthetic and functional rehabilitation of patients but much more precise.

• Digitally captured data can be stored, copied, shared with other team members very easily and quickly manipulated in a way that conventional methods cannot provide.

• The ability to inspect and rotate collected data, zoom in on it, and get a close-up look at all aspects, which has an impact active and well-researched use has been demonstrated to the quality of the preparation and ultimately the functional suitability of the final restorations.

Most importantly, the associates of Dr. Phan Hoang Hai has worked very hard to master and streamline the processes, which directly affect the results of dental operations.

 Today, our standard workflow from preparation to design, machining a crown  can be completed in 45 minutes or less. , and the crown will be fixed for the client  on average in 1 hour to 1 hour  30 minutes. After tooth preparation, we usually use gingival retractors (Figure 1) to ensure accurate contouring and to keep the treatment area clear. We take intraoral scans with CEREC Primescan for day dentistry and design. using CEREC Biogeneric software. Our dental assistants are fully trained to proficiently use CAD software (Figure 2-3) and perform all of our CAD designs with clinician supervision and approval. The final design is approved, then the design is sent to the sculpting machine (Figure 4). Our technicians are also trained in all post-processing steps, from sintering to crystallization through to the final coloring and enameling of the restoration (Figure 5).

Now 95% of the work    has been completed at the base lab without having to send it to other technical departments. This has made the treatment process more than 70% effective and brought many benefits to the client.
